Kira (キラ) is a remote village inhabited by a clan of prideful cats sporting black ears and tails, with strange markings on their skin. It is revealed that their markings are something that can be wiped off, unlike Konoe's.

The cats of Kira stay in their village, probably due to black cats being seen as a sign of misfortune. They also are in a war with the Meigi.
