Kil (ウル Kiru) is a supporting character in Lamento. He is a Touga and Ul's twin brother, one of a pair of assassin twins sent by Leaks to intercept Konoe in Ransen.

Kil is the touga of this very dangerous pair. They fight furiously but are very close, leaving them to not care about others around them.
